The human brain is a biological wonder. It has capabilities that far exceed those of any other living being. However, our brain needs exercise and a little maintenance in order to work at their optimum level. There are several things, very easy, you can do to increase brain power.
First, a healthy diet. Include more fruits and vegetables and be sure to eat brain food easily. Include things like wild salmon, blueberries, almonds, acai berries, leafy greens, avocado and sunflower seeds. With the regime should be a good and healthy work three or four times a week.
